Movie Review: Transformers 3: Dark of the Moon

     First off I just want to say that I LOVE OPTIMUS PRIME wayyy tooo muchhh!! Ask any of my friends and they'll tell you I am 100% serious about naming one of my children Optimus Prime[and the other one Harry Potter! my two loves!] And yes, this may qualify me as an insane person, and I'm okay with that lol Any way back to the movie review: HANDS DOWN one of THE BEST MOVIE OF THE YEAR!!!!! [until HP7Part2 comes out that is lol]

     But seriously, this movie went way beyond my expectations. I've seen both the 1st and 2nd transformers movies and loved both of them, but this 3rd one definitely takes the cake!! The action, the plot and story line were all on point. the comedy was the icing on the cake. I love semi-serious movies with some great pieces of comedy thrown in there. it lightens up all the serious stuff lol I'm not going to give anything away here, but I am going to say that Optimus Prime is seriously Bad Ass in this 3rd film. 

     My only dislike about this 3rd film, NO MEGAN FOX!!!! This was such a disappointment to my sister and I as we are hugeeeee MF fans and she was kick out of the movie : ( The actress who replaced Megan[I don't even know her name, or care to] was less than good. She did not at all in my opinion live up to her role and it didn't help that she had abnormally large lips and hugeeee nose. but alas, this are just my opinions. If TF3 wanted to earn 10 out of 10 stars, Megan Fox would have NEEDED to be in this film. 

     Don't get me wrong though, even sans Megan Fox, this film was amazing. Seriously if you haven't seen it yet, PLEASE GO DO SO!!!

MOVIE REVIEW: Cars 2

  

     Well let me just say Disney and Pixar are back at it again! Cars 2 premiered on June 24th of this year and I went to see it with my two youngest brothers at midnight[obvs. my favorite way to watch a movie!] The movie was so cute and the characters are even cuter! Seeing the same settings and characters 6 years after the first one was like coming back home after a long time! The story line was adorable with Mater taking a pretty dominant role as Lightning McQueen's best friend and a SPY!! I loved the plot best of all, and usually I hate most movies plots after i've watched it and had time to really think about it. But not with Cars 2, I absolutely loved the mystery of it all! I loved all the new characters as well, especially Francesco Bernoulli, the Italian race car. Soo funny! This movie is defintely one that you should see before it hits DVD. Even if you don't have any little ones begging you to take them, I think adults of any age would enjoy this movie! There were only 12 people including me and my two brother when we went to see it at midnight, and everyone except my brothers were over the age of 18, i swear! It was definitely not the crowd I thought would be there at midnight, or at all really. But after seeing Cars 2, I can totally see why so many young adults and just adults in general were there. If you haven't seen it yet, PLEASE do yourself a favor and GO SEE IT!! It's definitely a must-see!!

MOVIE REVIEW: The Hangover Part 2

     The most anticipated sequel of the year has finally arrived!! Such an excellent way to start off the summer! So as I always do when a movie i must see comes out, I attend the midnight showing at my local movie theater! It honestly the only way to view movies! The whole atmosphere of the theater is just so fun and exciting. Everyone's there for the same reason, which means your sitting a room filled with people who love something just as much as you do! Its pretty awesome, in my opinion.
     So on to the movies review!! The Hangover Part 2 definitely delivered all and more that it promised! Its was absolutely hilarious from beginning to end! I honestly don't think there was a silent moment in the whole theater lol All the characters we right on point and keep the audience laughing uncontrollably the entire time!
     The only disappointment to this sequel was that it was a carbon copy of the first film, as far as the plot goes. four friends, one is getting married, they have a bachelor party, they get f*cked up, and can not remember a single thing from the night before, someone in the group is missing, they have to find them before the wedding which is hours away. See, exactly the same! It was a little disappointing, but the fact that they were able to pull little bits from the first movie was gold!

My rating on The Hangover Part 2: Definitely a MUST-SEE, but maybe on free movie tuesday or use a coupon lol, because it honestly isn't worth the 10 bucks, but still a MUST-SEE!!!!
